Maschera antigas con canister “corto” marcata 1937

Bel canister per maschera antigas della Wehrmacht di modello “corto”, marcato sullo sportellino interno con la sigla del produttore e l’anno 1937. Il canister presenta all’esterno una vernice feldgrau a grana spessa antiriflesso ed è completo delle cinghie di trasporto, tuttavia la cinghia lunga è stata accorciata/modificata d’epoca (forse per essere appesa al collo?). Il tubo è completato da una maschera antigas in tela gommata verde (GM31) con filtro FE37, timbrata dalla celebre Kostumhaus Heiler München. Set interessante e in discrete condizioni.

A nice Wehrmacht gas mask canister of the “short” model, marked on the inside door with the manufacturer’s initials and the year 1937. The canister has a thick-grained, anti-reflective feldgrau paint on the outside and is complete with carrying straps, however the long strap has been shortened/modified at the time (perhaps to be hung around the neck?). The tube is completed by a green rubberized canvas gas mask (GM31) with FE37 filter, stamped by the famous Kostumhaus Heiler München. Interesting set and in fair condition.
