Elmetto vz32 Boemo “Vládní Vojsko” (Campagna d’Italia 44-45)

Rarissimo elmetto cecoslovacco vz.32 portante sul fianco sinistro la decal con leone Boemo, identificante il “Vládní vojsko / Regierungstruppen”, ossia l’esercito governativo del protettorato di Boemia e Moravia durante l’occupazione tedesca. Questo piccolo contingente venne schierato in supporto alla Wehrmacht nel nord Italia a partire dal maggio 1944, sebbene si ebbero numerosi casi di diserzione a favore della Resistenza italiana. Elmo con qualche segno del tempo ma completo di marchi, interno e soggolo. Un bel pezzo che evoca una vicenda relativamente poco conosciuta della Campagna d’Italia.

Extremely rare Czechoslovakian vz.32 helmet bearing on the left side the decal with the Bohemian lion, identifying the “Vládní vojsko / Regierungstruppen”, that is, the government army of the protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia during the German occupation. This small contingent was deployed in support of the Wehrmacht in northern Italy starting from May 1944, although there were numerous cases of desertion in favor of the Italian Resistance. Helmet with some signs of aging but complete with markings, liner and chinstrap. A nice piece that evokes a relatively little-known event of the Italian Campaign.
