Elmetto M16 Tedesco WWI (ET66)

Iconico elmetto modello 1916 (Stahlhelm M16) dell’esercito imperiale tedesco durante la Prima guerra mondiale. L’elmetto è marcato “ET 66” (produttore Eisenhuttenwerke Tahle, taglia 66) e porta il liner di 1° tipo, ancora tutto in pelle. Del soggolo, che come spesso accade è mancante, è rimasto fissato uno degli attacchi. L’elmetto presenta i normali segni del tempo e considerandone l’antichità si può ritenere sia ancora in buone condizioni. Bell’esempio di M16 WWI originale e con una bella patina.

Iconic Model 1916 helmet (Stahlhelm M16) of the Imperial German Army during the First World War. The helmet is marked “ET 66” (manufacturer Eisenhüttenwerke Thale, size 66) and has the first-type liner, still completely in leather. Of the chinstrap, which as often happens is missing, one of the attachments remains fixed. The helmet shows the normal signs of age and, considering its antiquity, it can be considered to still be in good condition. A nice example of an original WWI M16 with a beautiful patina.
