Cassetta metallica della Wehrmacht concepita per il trasporto della bobina di cavo di estensione “Vl. K. (Fbg. bf)” (= Verlängerungskabel Fernbesprechungsgerät bf), utilizzata dai radiotelegrafisti tedeschi della Seconda guerra mondiale. La custodia misura circa 25x25x11 cm, è marcata con la sigla del produttore e con l’anno di produzione 1942, ed è completa della cinghia a tracolla in canapa. L’accessorio, già raro di per sé, è reso ancora più accattivante dal fatto che conserva piuttosto bene il mimetismo giallo/tan originale, il che lo rende un’aggiunta ideale a qualsiasi display Afrikakorps/sudfront.

The container measures approximately 25 × 25 × 11 cm, is marked with the manufacturer’s code and the year of production 1942, and is complete with its original canvas shoulder strap. An accessory that is already rare in itself, it is made even more appealing by the fact that it retains its original yellow/tan camouflage paint in fairly good condition, making it an ideal addition to any Afrikakorps or southern front display.
