Heer single decal M42 (ET64) helmet

Wehrmacht Model 1942 helmet (Stahlhelm M42) with a Heer decal on the left side. The shell is marked “ET64” (manufacturer Eisenhüttenwerke Thale, size 64) with lot number “1494.” The helmet is heavily used, with a slight dent on the dome, and the liner is only partially preserved, with fragments of the chinstrap remaining at the attachments. An honest mid-war M42 Army helmet, untouched, in as found condition, offering a good quality/price ratio.

Elmetto modello 1942 della Wehrmacht (Stahlhelm M42) con decal Heer sul fianco sinistro. Guscio marcato “ET64” (produttore Eisenhuttenwerke Tahle, taglia 64) e con numero di lotto “1494”. L’elmo è in condizioni molto vissute, c’è una lieve ammaccatura sulla cupola e l’interno è conservato solo parzialmente, con dei frammenti del soggolo conservato agli attacchi. Un M42 esercito di media guerra onesto e intoccato, in condizioni da ritrovamento e con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
